This quote and the timelines specified, are quoted based on information supplied by the client. All relevant project specifications, timeframes and deliverables are detailed within the quote. Any variations to these timeframes and deliverables may incur additional costs. This includes, but is not limited to, requests of additional files, a significant change in location, author’s corrections, working outside reasonable business hours, and express delivery of files.

All responsibility for sourcing, financial compensation and talent release is the sole responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy:
If the client needs to cancel or transfer the dates that have been agreed upon, they will need to give notice at least 48 hours in advance or a $250 last-minute cancellation fee will be charged, due to loss of income. A full cancellation will incur a $110-$330 admin fee (1-3 hrs) based on the size of job.
It is the client’s responsibility to arrange bookings for locations and is liable for any variations or cancellations costs, as advised above. The client assumes all due diligence in ensuring the viability of selected location (including permissions to access property, weather conditions and any other challenges, for example noise from surrounding properties).
In special circumstances where the client is unable to provide advanced notification, such as medical or family issues, it will be at the discretion of On Jackson Street whether the cancellation policy will be charged.

The copyright of any final files remains with On Jackson Street as the sole creator of the deliverables. On Jackson Street reserves the right to freely and without restriction, use imagery for promotional purposes such as digital portfolios and social media platforms, the exception to this is when it the client has explicitly requested that they not be reproduced for any purpose.
On full payment of project invoice, the client will assume intellectual property rights to the delivered files and can use them at their discretion. It is their choice to credit On Jackson Street if they see fit. Credit can be displayed as following:

Final files delivered to the client are to remain whole and unaltered, and cannot be used in a derogatory matter. Manipulation and distortion of these files is not allowed unless written consent from On Jackson Street has been provided.
Alterations:
On Jackson Street will take all reasonable steps to ensure the confidential information of the client are not disclosed with outside parties, except as to provide services, or as required by law.
